We are currently under the construction of a 132-unit Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Bremerton, Washington. The hotel is expected to open in January of 2010.

We are currently in the design phase for the construction of a 200-unit Hampton Inn & Suites hotel in SeaTac, Washington and 175-unit Hilton Garden Inn hotel.

 

 

 

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Federal Way

We are currently in the design phase for the construction of a 91-unit Holiday Inn Express in Federal Way, Washington. We are scheduled to break ground in Winter of 2009.

 

 

Candlewood Suites - Lakewood

We are currently in the design phase for the construction of a 83-unit Candlewood Suites in Lakewood, Washington. We are scheduled to break ground in summer of 2009.
